How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on our Track Order page.
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 1-7 business days. Please note that the production time for custom designed items is 3 - 7 business days, and production is not started until you place your order.
How long does shipping take?
Our warehouses are located around the world. Shipping time varies depending on the product(s) you ordered and where you live. Please check the product page for more specific shipping times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are able to ship many of our products worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us. Please note that at this time, some of our products can only be shipped to USA addresses. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, GPay and Apple Pay. All products are listed in US Dollars.
What is the default payment currency?
All of our products are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Can I pay COD - Cash on delivery?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.
Why didn’t my shipment come in one package?
Our custom printed products come from a variety of production partners, and we ship orders from various fulfillment centers. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way.
Does Nicolas Howard provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
Do you offer a refund if there's a problem with a product?
Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if there is a problem with a product. Simply visit our Refund & Returns Policy page for complete details.
